Here is how the sale usually dies. Somebody buys a smart switch, the electrician opens the box, and there are only two wires in it. No neutral. The switch goes back in the bag.
That is not a fault and it is not unusual — it is how a great deal of Lebanese wiring was done. It just means you needed a different part.

How to check before you buy anything
You do not need to test anything. Ask your electrician one question: “is there a neutral in the switch box, or only the live and the wire going to the lamp?” He will know in ten seconds with the cover off.
If the answer is “only two”, you want the ZBMINIL2. If there is a neutral, you have every option, including replacing the whole plate with a glass touch switch.
Two wires in the box is not a problem. It is just a different part number.
One thing to know: these two are Zigbee, not WiFi
Zigbee devices do not talk to your router directly. They talk to a hub, and the hub talks to the router. That is a feature, not a tax — Zigbee is far more reliable in a concrete building and it does not flood your WiFi with twenty devices.
You need one hub for the whole house, not one per switch.
