• Non-defective returns are subject to inspection and approval

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible products within the 3-day window. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Inspection & Refunds

All items are inspected upon return at our physical location.

• Approved claims receive a replacement or full refund within 7 business days
• Rejected claims are returned to the customer as-is

Fees

• No restocking fees
• Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
