At AHS Lebanon, we provide specialized smart home technology designed for precision and reliability. Our policy is structured to support our commitment to high-quality hardware while ensuring technical integrity across all installations.

Our standard return window lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Technical Eligibility (Defective Goods Only)

To protect the quality of our ecosystem, we operate a “Problem-Only” return model. We do not accept returns for “change of mind” or compatibility errors once a product seal has been broken.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be technically defective or non-functional upon inspection.

• It must be in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging, screws, manuals, and wiring.

• We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your request.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software or configuration licenses

• Items with obvious signs of installation damage or electrical misuse not caused by our hardware.

The Inspection Process

Once your return is received at our center and inspected by our engineers, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

• Approved Claims: We will issue a replacement unit or a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Partial Refunds: In rare cases, if an item is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only a partial credit may be granted.

Shipping & Logistics

For all verified defective returns, the customer is responsible for the logistics:

• Drop-off Location: All items must be brought to our physical technical center for verification.

• Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for any shipping or courier costs incurred when returning your item. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
