It connects wireless via Sonoff RF gateway to the eWeLink app that controls Sonoff devices (smart light switch, smart switch relay and smart plugs). Not only does it provide a local light and sound alarm for detected smoke, but it can also send an alarm to a mobile phone via Sonoff RF Bridge and SmartWise RF Bridge.
